DTX脂質(zhì)體的表征
本研究采用乙醇注入法制備了含有DSPE-PEG2000-生物素的DTX-脂質(zhì)體。測(cè)定了DTX-脂質(zhì)體的粒徑、PDI和zeta電位,結(jié)果如圖S1所示。DTX-脂質(zhì)體的平均粒徑、PDI和zeta電位分別為177.2 nm、0.203和-14.7 mV。PDI小于0.3表示脂質(zhì)體粒徑分布均勻。包封率約為98%,載藥量約為3.3%。DTX載藥脂質(zhì)體的形態(tài)
Characterization of the DTX-liposomes
In this study, DTX-liposomes with DSPE-PEG2000-biotin were prepared using ethanol injection method. The particle size, PDI and zeta potential of the DTX-liposomes were determined and shown in Fig. S1. The average particle size, PDI and zeta potential of DTX-liposomes were 177.2?nm, 0.203 and ?14.7?mV, respectively. The PDI less than 0.3 mean the size of liposomes was distributed uniformly.
