          使用兩性甜菜堿聚合物膠束(DSPE-PCB)來模擬衣殼病毒的表面特征(圖1a),并封裝模型蛋白。聚羧酸甜萊堿(PCB)通過質(zhì)子輔助氨基酸轉(zhuǎn)運蛋白1(PAT1)穿透上皮細胞層(圖1b)。PAT1可以促進甜菜堿和甜菜堿衍生物滲透到上皮細胞層。
