以油酸為穩(wěn)定劑,石蠟為還原劑,采用有機(jī)相法合成了尺寸均勻的CdSe量子點,并通過巰基乙酸將合成的量子點轉(zhuǎn)移至水相.考查了CdSe量子點與幾種結(jié)構(gòu)不同的蛋白質(zhì)(酶)之間的作用規(guī)律.研究發(fā)現(xiàn),經(jīng)巰基乙酸修飾后的量子點與牛血清白蛋白和胰凝乳蛋白酶作用后,熒光強(qiáng)度明顯增大.而銅/鋅-超氧化物歧化酶對量子點的熒光有明顯的淬滅作用,牛血紅蛋白對量子點的影響是隨著時間的增加熒光強(qiáng)度先增大后減小,體現(xiàn)出一般蛋白質(zhì)使熒光增強(qiáng)和部分金屬離子使熒光淬滅兩者的協(xié)同效應(yīng).
Using oleic acid as a stabilizer and paraffin as a reducing agent, CdSe quantum dots with uniform size were synthesized via the organic phase method, and the synthesized quantum dots were transferred to the aqueous phase through thioglycolic acid. The interaction patterns between CdSe quantum dots and several proteins (enzymes) with different structures were investigated. The study found that after interacting with bovine serum albumin and chymotrypsin, the fluorescence intensity of quantum dots modified with thioglycolic acid significantly increased. However, copper/zinc-superoxide dismutase had a significant quenching effect on the fluorescence of quantum dots, and the effect of bovine hemoglobin on quantum dots was that the fluorescence intensity first increased and then decreased with time, reflecting the synergistic effect of general proteins enhancing fluorescence and some metal ions quenching fluorescence
