CsA/Cro PBA 唇膜的制備及表征
DSPE-PEG-PBA 的合成路線如圖 S1所示。通過;磻(yīng),4-羧基-3-氟苯基硼酸成功連接到 DSPE-PEG-NH 2 上[50]。DSPE-PEG-PBA 的化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)通過1 H NMR表征。如圖 S2所示,在 DSPE-PEG-PBA 的譜圖中,9.5 ppm 處 4-羧基-3-氟苯基硼酸的羧基峰消失,而在 7.5~8.0 ppm 處觀察到 PBA 上苯環(huán)和酰胺鍵的特征峰
Preparation and characterization of the CsA/Cro PBA lip
The synthetic route of DSPE-PEG-PBA is shown in Fig. S1. Through acylation reaction, 4-Carboxy-3-fluoro-phenylboronic acid was successfully linked to DSPE-PEG-NH2 [50]. The chemical structure of DSPE-PEG-PBA was characterized by 1H NMR. As shown in Figs. S2, in the spectrum of DSPE-PEG-PBA, the carboxyl peak of 4-carboxy-3-fluoro-phenylboronic acid at 9.5 ppm disappeared, while the characteristic peaks of the benzene ring on PBA and the amide bond were observed at 7.5–8.0 ppm
